It be Far Seer, a merman based on an original story written by Lambent (aka Spike). I liked the story enough so far that I just had to draw this.

Her story can be found here: [link] But I strongly suggest that you don't mind sexual content to read this. I hate to supply people with something they might later regret read just because they feel uncomfortable about reading. But I really loved reading this, so that's that.
